Welcome to the fourth edition of the Triangle Coffee newsletter. Our goal at Triangle is to give you the flexibility to adjust your subscription to suit your needs. This week I would like to give you a quick overview of the functionality available to you via the dashboard.
This has everything you'd expect. You can change your roast from filter or espresso, update the amount you'd like delivered or the delivery frequency. You can also adjust your next delivery date in case you'd like your next batch shipped to you sooner!
Sometimes you've got extra coffee or maybe you're not going to be home. You can pause your deliveries for up to 5 shipments. If you pause your subscription, we'll remind you a few days prior to it resuming.
Moving house? Or maybe you’d prefer your coffee delivered to where you work. Using the change address screen will get your beans delivered to an address of your choosing.
Update Credit Card
Every credit card has an expiry date. When it’s time is up, add the new one here. If we ever fail to charge your card, we’ll let you know as well.
If you’re over the coffee you can leave us here. We’ll be sad to see you go, but you can always come back and we won’t hold it against you – promise!
