Triangle Coffee is a personalised, data driven subscription platform delivering the highest quality, locally roasted coffee.
We work with a specific set of roasters who provide some of the best coffee around. After each delivery we will ask you to rate the coffee, write down the flavours and if you want, leave a comment for us to go through. We take that data and do two things with it; We learn what you like and provide similar roasts for future deliveries, and we provide that data back to roasters anonymously to help them roast a better product for you.
In between each shipment we will send you a short survey. You can rate your coffee, take your own notes and provide us with any feedback you would like. You can always get in touch with us directly at [email protected] at any point.

When you refer someone with your own referral code they will automatically get 50% off their first shipment and you'll get $2.00 off your own deliveries for as long as your referrals remain a subscriber to Triangle.
Yes. You will receive $2.00 for each active referal off your shipments, upto a maximum of 100% of the cost of your coffee.
Your referral page is available on the dashboard. It should also included in the footer of the emails you receive from us.
We are currently working with some great roasters from inner Melbourne.
We aim to get the beans to your door within 3 days of being roasted. At the moment we are noticing coffee from our HQ in Melbourne shipped on Tuesday is arriving on Thursday of the same week. We will send you notifications as the delivery status of your coffee changes, right through to delivery.
Yes, you can pause your shipments via the dashboard.
Yes. It’s possible to prepay for 3, 6 and 12 shipments upfront. We offer a discount on a per-shipment basis for prepayments. This discount will be visible during signup or when modifying your subscription in the dashboard. At the end of the prepaid period your subscription will be automatically renewed for the same period. We will notify you prior to this renewal in case you want make changes to your subscription. It’s important to note that making changes to your subscription after setting up a prepayment will potentially cause your prepayment to be renewed at the time of the change.
Yes. Altering the number of prepayments will immedately renew your prepayment to the new number of shipments. If you have any unused shipments, the original value will be credited against the new prepayment.
Yes. You are able to change your coffee roast and coffee grind preferences or pause your shipments without having an effect on your prepayment.

No, there’s no penalty for making changes to your subscription. Instead, the unused portion of your prepayment will be used as credit against your new prepayment or future shipments.
