What is Triangle Coffee?

Triangle Coffee is a personalised coffee subscription platform. We deliver local, high quality coffee straight to your door – and we let you pick and choose the blends you want so you’re always at the centre of your experience.

How can I provide feedback on the coffee you've sent me?

We send out a short survey between each shipment. But you can always contact us at [email protected] too.

How does the Triangle Coffee referral system work?

When you refer someone with your own referral code they will automatically get 50% off their first shipment and you'll get $2.00 off your own deliveries for as long as your referrals remain a subscriber to Triangle.

Do the referral discounts stack?

You bet!

You get $2.00 for each active referal off your shipments, up to a maximum of 100% of the cost of your coffee.

Where do you source your coffee?

We are currently working with great roasters from the Melbourne are.

How long will it take to get my coffee?

We aim to get the beans to your door within 3 days of being roasted.

At the moment we notice that coffee from our HQ in Melbourne shipped on Tuesdays arrives two days later, on Thursday. We will send you delivery notifications during shipment.

Can I pause my subscription?

Sure, you can pause your shipments via the dashboard.

Is it possible to pay for my coffee deliveries up front?

Yes. It’s possible to prepay for 3, 6 and 12 shipments upfront. We offer a discount on a per-shipment basis for prepayments. This discount will be visible during signup or when modifying your subscription in the dashboard. At the end of the prepaid period your subscription will be automatically renewed for the same period.

We let you know before the renewal in case you want to make changes to your subscription.

Just a quick note: any changes to your subscription after setting up a prepayment will potentially cause your prepayment to be renewed at the time of the change.

Is it possible to change the amount of shipments I have prepaid for?

Yes. Altering the number of prepayments will immediately renew your prepayment to the new number of shipments. If you have any unused shipments, the original value will be credited against the new prepayment.

Is it possible to make changes to my subscription if I have prepaid without having to renew the prepayment?

Yes. You can change your coffee roast and coffee grind preferences or pause your shipments without having an effect on your prepayment.

What attributes of my subscription am I able to change without having to renew my prepayment?

Is there a penalty for altering my subscription if I have prepaid for shipments?

No, there’s no penalty for making changes to your subscription. Instead, the unused portion of your prepayment will be used as credit against your new prepayment or future shipment.

Where can I see how many shipments I have prepaid for?

Your prepayment preferences, remaining prepaid shipments, the next payment date and payment amount are all available on the dashboard.
