Producer Luiz Roberto Saldanha Rodrigues from Fazenda California in Brazil undertakes extensive trials with coffee fermentation to improve cup quality and bring out unique characteristics in the cup. The double fermentation process used in the Brazil component of Mastermind contributes the raspberry fruit flavours in this seasonal revision of Mastermind.
