An old-school knock-out of a blend, Shadow Boxer is a dark and mysterious mix of Brazil and Papua New Guinea. Rich toffee and sweet cherry flavours lead into a lingering chocolate finish.
Pedro Gabarra grows Rumbles Brazil Santo Antonio in the Campos Das Vertentes region. This coffee brings the huge chocolate burst that makes Shadow the People's champ! Rumble's Papua New Guinea Sumbu grows high in the Highlands region by Kongo Coffee Limited. This export company is indigenous owned and committed to paying the highest possible price to growers. Guatemala Finca La Esmeralda is a new addition to Shadow. Rumble were the first coffee roasters to visit this farm in the Sierra Las Minas mountains.
